Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Truck Repair / Fleet Management.
• Minimum of 2 years industry experience in supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule JLL UAW trades personnel and mobile equipment technicians; oversee vendor contracts.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs across fleet operations.
• Manage building automation systems, monitoring systems, data centers, security systems, energy conservation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with life safety systems including fire sprinkler systems, smoke/fire detection, fire extinguishers, and evacuation plans.
• Lead safe operating tours, investigate and implement assigned projects, and provide on-site coverage during weekend production.
