Job summary

You will supervise technicians and vendors, manage preventive and reactive work orders, coordinate incident responses, and report performance metrics, while collaborating with site leadership and clients to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; plus technical training or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in facilities management or similar, with shift leadership.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Experience managing preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Capable of leading during urgent incidents and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork.
• Willingness to work evenings/nights/weekends as required.
