Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs the administrative and operational functions to maximize patient revenues, attract new patients, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepares and administers departmental operating and capital budgets within approved financial guidelines.
• Monitors productivity and staff/resource utilization; develops staff within assigned areas.
• Facilitates care management and integrates patient care with system goals.
• Develops and implements strategies and programs to improve service and growth.
• Manages collaboration with department managers and external stakeholders to meet hospital objectives.
