Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience.

• Experience in maintenance of medical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee environmental services technicians.
• Monitor HVAC systems; perform non-technical maintenance.
• Monitor electrical facilities; assist licensed electricians with non-technical tasks.
• Monitor plumbing maintenance; assist licensed plumbers as appropriate.
• Perform carpentry maintenance and repairs.
• Plan, schedule, and track preventative maintenance.
• Ensure proper care of equipment and promote safety practices.
• May perform general maintenance, custodial, and trash removal.
• Perform miscellaneous duties; adapt to growing needs.
• Collaborate to add tasks and equipment as the facility grows.
