Randstad USA seeks an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead on-site building operations for a flagship, high-density enterprise facility. You will supervise a union crew, direct maintenance workflows via CMMS and BAS, and partner with executives to ensure reliability and safety across the site.

The role emphasizes operational ownership, cost optimization, and strong stakeholder engagement in a 1-year engagement with 40-hour weeks and high executive visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing unionized labor in large facilities.
• Strong understanding of BAS and CMMS platforms and their integration.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and contractor specifications.
• Proven track record in compliance, risk management, and safety protocols.
• Experience supervising on-site trades and foremen with a fair, contract-compliant approach.
• Credentials such as FMP, PMP, or LEED are valued.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily building operations and lead on-site union crew (Local 420).
• Supervise work order execution, dispatch, and closeout via CMMS/QFM and BAS.
• Translate drawings/contract specs into actionable maintenance workflows.
• Manage facility inventory, parts procurement, and vendor POs to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety governance, environmental standards, and union agreements.
• Analyze cost and staffing metrics and present performance to executives.
