The Building People seeks a senior Facilities Operations & Management leader to guide O&M across multiple sites, drive programmatic improvements, and ensure regulatory conformance, safety, and reliability. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable maintenance plans, budgets, and performance metrics.

You will mentor site teams, review plans, manage vendor performance, and lead continuous improvement across the enterprise while coordinating with safety and engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in Infrastructure Operations and Management.
