Job summary

Planet Group seeks an experienced Facility Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all EMCOR Facilities Services work at the site, ensuring KPI targets are met and that all activities are documented in the CMMS. You will lead maintenance personnel and subcontractors, manage safety programs, and respond to breakdowns with timely, compliant actions.

Qualifications

Minimum 7–10 years of facilities management and team leadership experience.
OSHA 10/30 certification or higher is required; FMP/CFM/SFP RC A certifications are a plus.
Proficient with CMMS and enterprise software; Corrigo experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and coordinate work through the CMMS; lead DMP meetings and meet SLA/KPI targets.
Build client relationships; participate in meetings to understand priorities and drive improvements.
Foster safe work environment; mentor and develop staff; oversee safety processes and audits.
Manage small on-site projects; coordinate with corporate project teams and vendors.
Track and report site metrics (operational, safety, financial) and present performance results.
