Lockheed Martin is seeking a facilities operations professional to manage overall site activities, including energy management, inventory control, and preventive maintenance planning. The role involves supervising daily operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring adherence to program requirements and cost parameters.

Strong leadership, union experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS/EAM are required, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and reliable facility performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial warehousing, including inventory control and material handling.
• Ability to develop, prioritize, and balance work schedules and resource allocation to meet timelines.
• Supervisory background with leadership of day-to-day operations.
• Experience supervising a warehouse, logistics, or maintenance operation.
• Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CMMS/EAM platforms; ability to quickly master new software tools.
• Experience working in a union-represented environment and understanding of collective-bargaining constraints.
• Strong written and oral communication.

Responsabilités

• Performs tasks related to overall management and operations of facilities including energy management, inventory, maintenance and construction.
• Oversee repair, replacement or redesign of facilities and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Monitor work by vendors and subcontractors; ensure work meets specifications and provide corrective actions as needed.
