• Ensure the structural integrity and safety of all buildings through inspections and maintenance.
• Conduct safety and security audits; ensure regulatory compliance.

• Lead compliance inspections and coordinate issue resolution and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional grounds including landscaping, roadways, and parking areas.

• Develop emergency response and risk mitigation plans for all locations.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, budgets, and capital plans.
