Job summary

Nextpower seeks a Senior Facilities Operations Manager to lead day-to-day soft services across its U.S. offices, ensuring spaces are clean, functional and ready for business. You will supervise site-based operations teams and coordinate with IT, EHS, HR and landlords to maintain consistent service standards.

This role requires travel across locations, strong vendor and budget management, and a proven ability to maintain high service levels while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities operations or multi-site environments.
• 5+ years leading Office Managers and front‑of‑house teams.
• Proven ability to manage day-to-day service delivery across offices.
• Experience setting standards, SLAs, and inspection programs.
• Vendor management including contracts and performance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with IT, EHS, HR and real estate.
• Able to travel regularly across U.S. facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reception, janitorial, pantry, mail, and conference services.
• Coordinate moves, restacks, openings, expansions, and furniture changes.
• Interface between occupants and Facilities for requests and resolution.
• Manage budgets, PO, invoices, and operating expenses.
