Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Greenwich, CT to serve as the operational backbone of the client’s workplace, overseeing daily walkthroughs, vendor oversight, and maintenance coordination to ensure a seamless facility experience.

You will partner with site and facility managers, manage work orders, and uphold safety and service standards while delivering exceptional client service and supporting a collaborative, high-performance facilities team.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related operational fields.
• Superior customer service with professionalism under pressure.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CMMS.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and flexible with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized, and fully functional workplace.
• Respond to work orders promptly with KPI focus and exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance activities, and minor works, coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Serve as the site point of contact for amenities coordination including fitness facilities and event support.
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of services and monitor SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation including work orders and inventory.
• Respond to urgent facility issues following established safety protocols and contractual obligations.
