Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a designated portfolio of professional office environments. You will supervise a skilled team, drive operations to meet SLAs and KPIs while balancing cost efficiency and client satisfaction.

You will partner with Senior Facilities Managers to shape the facilities vision, manage third-party contractors, and promote sustainability across buildings, ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable services for our clients.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in facilities management leading teams.
• Experience running 24/7 operations with strong client management.
• Proficient in CMMS and MS Office.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules within set constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned sites and direct a skilled facilities team.
• Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs within budget.
• Collaborate with Senior Facilities Managers to set vision.
• Oversee operations to protect and improve client site value.
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors.
• Promote sustainability awareness and environmental stewardship.
• Develop and maintain operating budgets and cost savings.
• Interface with clients to ensure service satisfaction.
• Monitor safety, training, and best practices.
