Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficiency with enterprise workplace management systems and digital ticketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Experience using information technology tools to analyze data.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations per policies, procedures, and contract requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships for janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and critical systems maintenance.
• Track and audit work orders in the CMMS to ensure vendor compliance with SLAs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while meeting key performance indicators.
• Assist with budget management, forecasting, monthly spend reporting, and annual capital planning.
• Lead, develop, and supervise a professional team delivering extraordinary service.
