Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Greenwich, CT to serve as the operational backbone for the client’s workplace. You will support maintenance operations, vendor oversight, occupancy services, and client relationships, conducting daily walkthroughs and responding to work orders with urgency to uphold safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of facilities management or related operations experience.
• Superior customer service under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily facility walkthroughs to maintain a clean, safe, and functional workplace and identify improvement opportunities.
• Respond to work orders promptly and track progress to completion.
• Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works, coordinating vendors and contractors.
• Serve as site liaison for amenities, conference room management, and event support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, compliant service delivery and monitor SLAs.
• Maintain records including work orders, inventories, safety plans, and vendor contracts.
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols and safety standards.
