Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Bellevue, WA to support a distributed retail portfolio. You will administer the maintenance management system (Corrigo), coordinate work orders, and collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure reliable service and a positive customer experience.

The role requires 3-4+ years in facilities management with CMMS, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years' experience with facilities management and CMMS/Work Order applications.
• Superior customer service skills with a strong orientation to the JLL customer experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Must be proficient at Excel and able to customize administrative reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and assign maintenance activities for group or team.
• Communicate KPI and SLA requirements; manage third-party contractors/vendors.
• Oversee daily work order review and follow up to ensure service delivery.
• Ensure prompt follow up with customers, technicians and vendors.
• Interface with vendors and provide direction; coach on Corrigo.
• Manage operations to mitigate operational risk.
• Maintain integrity of the CMMS (Corrigo) and support the account team.
