You will supervise the facilities team, manage budgets, and coordinate with regional leadership to deliver high-quality facility services on site.

This role requires 5+ years in facility management, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with CMMS/Work Order systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and matrixed-organization management; oversight of technical and administrative staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations team; ensure Maintenance, CMMS, Safety and Regulatory Compliance programs are performed efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with Master Services Agreement (MSA) and amendments.
• Accountable for financial performance related to Operational Facilities spend within budgets.
• Provide oversight in maintenance, projects and vendor activities for critical operations.
