Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is seeking a dependable Assistant Facilities Manager on a full-time contract basis to support the Facilities Manager in overseeing daily operations, maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of company facilities in Buffalo, NY.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, operations, engineering, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or related field.
Knowledge of facility operations, preventive maintenance, vendor management, and safety practices.
Experience coordinating contractors, service providers, and facility projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and work-order systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily management and operation of company facilities and workspaces.
Develop and implement facility maintenance schedules and procedures.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems and facilities.
Conduct regular facility inspections and address issues.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
