Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking an Office Services/Maintenance Associate to support office operations, relocations, carpentry, and general maintenance. The role reports to the Lead Hospitality Associate or National Client Relations Manager and requires strong customer relations and problem solving.

Ideal candidates will have five years in a Class A commercial property environment and a high school diploma or GED. The position includes on-site responsibilities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a Class A commercial property environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Respond to work orders via MRI-Angus Service requests system and manage status updates.
• Deliver and pick up archive boxes and coordinate with the Facilities Manager when staging/storage is ready.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including lamps, ceiling tiles, and basic carpentry as needed.
• Assist the Client’s Project Manager with internal relocations and support day-to-day facilities operations.
