CBRE's Dallas-based facilities team is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee staff coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed. This role supports property managers with repairs and investment plans within the facilities management function.

You will manage daily activities, set work schedules, review reports, and drive efficiency improvements. The supervisor leads by example and ensures all procedures and reporting are understood and applied.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required with 5+ years of related experience.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and mathematical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, schedules, tasks, and cross-training.
• Serve as point of contact for escalated communications with landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance and progress reports; suggest efficiency improvements.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Evaluate new vendors by cost-benefit analysis and market research.
• Track facility expenses and manage budgets.
• Resolve complex problems to meet team objectives; may establish new techniques.
• Impact team objectives and guide related teams; model CBRE RISE values.
