Job summary

CBRE seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead a team overseeing operations and maintenance for a portfolio of buildings in the Dallas area. The role will require coordinating with technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facilities management.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3-5 years in facilities management, and a driver’s license. A Facility Management certification is preferred and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Schedule and manage daily team activities; assign tasks and deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects and operating budgets; report variances.
• Perform inspections and suggest repairs and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee environmental health and safety procedures.
• Review vendor quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Provide process training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
