• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience; degree may be substituted with experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and retention.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and set performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate a team and improve quality and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills, including percent and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, oversee training and performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; set work schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and address unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facilities inspections and identify efficiency improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts and services.
• Conduct process and procedure training for maintenance and safety best practices.
• Lead by example in CBRE RISE values.
• Collaborate across disciplines to achieve team objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
