Job summary

CBRE’s Camden, AR facilities supervisor role oversees the team coordinating with clients, vendors and contractors to ensure work orders are completed efficiently. You will support property managers with repairs and investment planning in line with CBRE FM standards.

The position emphasizes leading daily team activities, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accurate reporting. A strong supervisory background and proficiency in Microsoft Office help drive performance and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational and math skills with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities and schedules.
• Point of contact for escalations between landlord, tenants, and service providers.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present status reports to management.
• Lead cleaning and disinfecting schedules for the building.
• Evaluate new vendors and compare costs and benefits.
