Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor in Dallas to oversee a team coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors for work orders and facility maintenance. The role supports property managers with repairs and investment planning.

You will manage daily activities, communicate with landlords and service providers, arrange equipment maintenance, and present performance reports to management, driving efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and numerical skills; ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and assign tasks.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated landlord, tenant, and service provider communications.
• Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment.
• Review work order data and present performance updates to management.
• Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values; guide the team through procedures.
