Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to help run a designated facility and deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial or industrial real estate, facilities management, or related field.
• Experience supporting core facility operations and day‑to‑day property activities.
• Experience with soft/workplace services and guest-facing operations preferred.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the assigned facility, including janitorial, life-safety, and engineering functions.
• Ensure a smooth, professional experience for employees, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain front‑of‑house coverage and respond to service requests promptly.
• Review contracts, coordinate bids, and verify invoices for accuracy.
• Gather and report facility performance data to support decision‑making.
• Assist with budgets, expenditures, and long‑range capital planning.
