Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team in delivering client services. You will assist with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and communication among clients, landlords, and vendors.

The role emphasizes building systems knowledge, work-order management, and ensuring timely service delivery with a focus on client satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelors in facilities management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor office/facility operations.
• Address client inquiries ensuring timely, quality issue resolution.
• Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs of equipment.
• Create and manage work orders for engineering staff and vendors.
• Report on open/closed work orders and track status.
