Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the facility management team in delivering client facility services. You will assist with day-to-day operations, coordinate with contractors, and manage work orders and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills, with exposure to building systems and vendor management. Office environment; some after-hours work may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of work experience in administrative, accounting or tenant services capacity.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, filing, answering phones, scheduling and communications.
• Experience in customer service; prior facilities/property management or CRE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general facility management services and monitor facility operations.
• Address client inquiries ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs.
• Create and manage work orders and track status with engineers and vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and assist with billing and payments.
• Prepare written communications between parties and report on KPIs.
