Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Property Management/Property Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports medical and academic operations for student housing, classrooms and facilities.
• Oversees facility issues, apartment work orders and student rotations.
• Travels to off-site locations monthly to ensure contract compliance and address concerns.
• Prepares purchase orders, tracks inventories and coordinates supplier deliveries.
• Assists with revenue tracking, financial reports and budget preparations.
