The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. Travel to off-site locations is periodic, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
• Experience in Property Management/Property Operations is preferred.
• Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides support functions for medical and academic operations across student housing, classrooms, clinical skills, and research facilities.
• Oversees coordination of facility issues, work orders, and student rotations; travels to off-site locations monthly to ensure contract compliance.
• Plans and manages work performed by contractors; coordinates operating procedures and cafe operations at COM sites.
• Manages purchases, inventory, supplier coordination, and invoice/payment accuracy including apartment charges.
• Assists with budgets, funding forecasts, and preparing financial reports related to facility usage and revenue events.
