Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Experience with CMMS and vendor onboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned work orders from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate onboarding and management of service providers.
• Create, update, and maintain PM/RM schedules and store reports.
• Maintain and track inspection schedules, compliance docs, and KPIs.
• Ensure timely receipt and resolution of invoices; collaborate with AP.
• Review preliminary billing data for proper GL coding.
• Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors; escalate as needed.
• Respond to specialty-related emergencies during designated hours.
• Participate in meetings and cross-functional collaboration for alignment.
• Other duties as assigned.
