Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in facility coordination or customer service.
• Professional designations such as FMA, RPA, CFM, CPE, CPMM; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials; strong report writing and communication.
• Knowledge of facility management best practices and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Review work scopes with Site Manager to ensure client standards.
• Audit janitorial, landscaping, and other contracted work for scope compliance.
• Communicate work status with clients and evaluate project impact.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and SLA adherence.
• Train vendors on work order and billing procedures.
