Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of industry experience in a corporate environment or related capacity.
• Excellent customer service, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical for facility operations.
• Availability for 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Interface with property occupants and provide 24/7 emergency support with site attendance and established escalation procedures.
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors while meeting site KPIs and SLA monitoring.
• Assist in development and management of operating budgets and support Facilities Manager in short- and long-term client projects.
