Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator in Tempe to support the Facilities Manager in operating and maintaining properties. You will handle customer interactions, procurement, and supplier management while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

You will participate in budgeting, reporting, and KPI monitoring, working with the account team to uphold high standards of facilities management and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a corporate facilities environment or related service role.
• Strong customer service mindset and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and organize responsibilities to meet portfolio goals.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical/electrical).
• Proficient computer skills and facility management software.
• Willingness for 24/7 emergency call and site attendance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services in collaboration with the Facilities Manager.
• Interface with property occupants and support 24/7 emergency response.
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors and monitor KPI/SLA.
• Contribute to development of IFM best practices and cost control.
• Assist in budgeting and reporting for clients and suppliers.
