Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager in delivering comprehensive services to operate and maintain properties, including customer relationships, financial management, procurement, and supplier management.

The role involves 24/7 emergency call support, site attendance, KPI and SLA monitoring, and collaboration to implement best practices in facilities management; you will help manage budgets and reporting to ensure client satisfaction and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity.
• Excellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives while managing multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical systems for effective facility operations support.
• Computer proficiency with ability to utilize various software platforms and systems for facility management operations.
• Availability for 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required for critical facility operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to follow established procedures and escalation protocols effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services under supervision of Facilities Manager.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and on-site attendance as needed.
• Support work order management for in-house staff and vendors, monitor KPIs, and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with account team to implement IFM best practices and innovations.
• Assist in budgeting, operating and capital plans, and long-term client projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients; optimize supplier and vendor spend.
