Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operating/Building Engineer to keep our Chandler-area facilities running at peak performance. You will manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to issues to ensure continuous operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in commercial building maintenance, CMMS Corrigo experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• Ability to analyze the operation of industrial Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems and take corrective action.
• Working knowledge of CMMS (Corrigo).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Physical ability to bend, sit, kneel, squat, stand, reach and work around equipment.
• Ability to work in varied environmental conditions, including heat and night hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Record equipment readings and adjust system parameters as needed.
• Monitor quality and cost of maintenance by outside contractors.
• Maintain facility services, purchasing and inventory control, and coordination of maintenance.
• Check tool and instrument inventory for readiness.
