Job summary

JLL in Atlanta is seeking a Facilities Coordinator 2 to independently manage work order flow, schedule repairs, and coordinate complex events at a high-standard facility. You will ensure compliance with client contracts, uphold safety and environmental requirements, and drive process improvements across operations.

The role emphasizes strong IT tool use, clear communication, and the ability to work with vendors and internal teams to deliver exceptional service on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of progressive experience as a Facility Coordinator or in a related facilities management role.
• Strong proficiency in IT tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, organization, and independent problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual areas of responsibility

Responsibilities

• Independently manage work order flow to ensure operational excellence
• Proactively schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works from start to finish
• Lead the coordination of complex events and meeting facilities
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend operational changes to the Facility Manager
• Conduct initial site inspections and assessments to maintain facility standards
• Provide independent direction and coordination to a diverse range of vendors ensuring accountability of contracted deliverables.
