Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of facility or property administration experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay professional under pressure.
• Organized with multitasking ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Facility Management and Engineering teams with quality checks and data review.
• Serve as front desk liaison for guests, vendors, and employees with professionalism.
• Process invoices, track payments, and support budget reporting.
• Conduct visual inspections of common areas and coordinate services.
• Coordinate janitorial, pantry, and supply orders with client collaboration.
• Assist with annual audits, procedures, and electronic filing.
• Help manage cost-saving initiatives and vendor safety plans.
