Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to collaborate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed. This role supports the Facilities Management function, assisting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.

The position centers on executing defined procedures, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining records and reporting to track progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure all procedures, policies, and reporting formats are followed.
• Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
• Collect information reports to determine performance and progress status.
• File work orders, proposals, department files, and vendor paperwork.
• Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling.
• Follow instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ask clarifying questions as needed.
• Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
• Output is delivered by following defined procedures under close supervision and guidance.
