Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Boulder, CO is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support site and assistant facility managers with maintenance, operations, vendor oversight and client relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fields.
• Knowledge of local health and safety requirements and vendor management.
• Familiarity with building systems such as IT, HVAC, fire protection, mechanical and electrical.
• Proficiency with information technology tools and platforms.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure.
• Self-motivated, energetic and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Support Site/Asst Facility Managers with maintenance and operations tasks.
• Respond to work orders promptly to meet KPI and service quality.
• Schedule and track repairs, minor works and other requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure minimal disruption.
• Assist in procurement of vendors and services.
• Coordinate site amenities and events as required.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
