Job summary

cw is seeking a Facilities Account Manager to lead the management, coordination, and delivery of integrated facility services for a commercial property or portfolio. You will be the primary client contact, ensuring service delivery excellence, financial performance, and occupant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage SLAs.
• Experience overseeing multiple facility services and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client facility-related matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, performance reviews, and proactive issue resolution.
• Understand client goals and ensure facility services support operational and business objectives.
• Lead client meetings, provide KPI reporting, and manage service level agreement (SLA) performance.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and occupant experience.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of all facility services within the assigned property or portfolio.
• Oversee integrated services including: Maintenance and engineering operations; Janitorial and custodial services; Grounds and exterior services; Vendor or contractor management.
• Monitor operational performance, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with client standards and contractual requirements.
