Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for an on-site role in San Francisco, CA. You will support maintenance management, manage work orders, and coordinate with technicians and third-party providers to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires 3-4+ years in facilities management with CMMS/Work Order experience, strong customer service, and solid MS Office and Excel skills. This position does not provide visa sponsorship and is based in an on-site setting in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years' experience with facilities management and CMMS/Work Order applications
• Superior customer service skills and a strong orientation to provide exceptional JLL customer experience
• Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills
• Must be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reports

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate and assign maintenance activities for group/team
• Communicate KPI and SLA requirements and manage third-party contractors/vendors
• Oversee daily work order review and follow up to ensure service delivery
• Ensure prompt follow up with customers, technicians, and vendors
• Interface with Vendors to coordinate work with minimal disruption; provide Vendor coaching on Corrigo
• Manage operations to mitigate operational risk
• Ensure integrity and proper use of the Corrigo CMMS
