Job summary

JLL is seeking an Event Technician to provide essential operational support at our San Francisco site. You will conduct space walkthroughs, execute setups and teardowns for meetings and events, and coordinate with Event Coordinators while stocking supplies for hosts and attendees.

This role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work non-standard hours. It includes collaboration with facilities teams and offers comprehensive benefits and on-site

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours.
• Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, facilities support, or event coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professionals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily walkthroughs of event, office, and storage spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully prepared for use.
• Execute physical setups and teardowns for meetings and events, including furniture, decor, and equipment.
• Coordinate onsite meetings with Event Coordinators and stock supplies for event hosts and attendees.
• Support general facilities and administrative duties such as reception, guest support, mail services, and office supplies management.
