Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to support site services and operations for our account. You will lead a team of Workplace Services Coordinators, ensuring safe, efficient facilities and high client satisfaction at a fast pace.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field is preferred and visa sponsorship is not

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in site services management or facility management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing site services and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand site services needs and goals.
• Lead a team of Workplace Services Coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team in daily responsibilities.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment within the team.
• Set performance targets and evaluate individual and team performance.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Support delivery of site services including building maintenance, security, janitorial, and related services.
• Monitor service performance and vendor compliance with SLAs and take corrective actions.
