Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Bloomington, MN to maintain and repair mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.

You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and implement preventive maintenance programs to keep facilities at or above standards. The role requires a high school diploma (GED) with 4–5 years’ related experience, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proven supervisory or shift management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and handle emergency repairs.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation aligns with design specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily duties.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the discipline.
