4–5 years of job-related experience, diploma in lieu of degree considered.
Universal CFC certification required and valid driver's license.
Shift supervisor or management experience preferred.
Ability to analyze multiple information sources and exercise judgment.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency work.
Review inspections of building and industrial systems for compliance.
Ensure compliance with codes, safety directives, and company policies.
Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
Share knowledge and coach others within the function.
