Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, industrial systems, and grounds. The role covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

You will review work orders, estimate resources, and guide junior staff while maintaining strong customer relations. Operating company vehicles and applying in-depth technical knowledge, you will implement preventive programs and resolve complex

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade diploma or equivalent experience with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required, and EPA Universal is highly preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs, climbing stairs/ladders.
• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CMMS experience.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work tasks.
• Apply knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across multiple disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Impact customer, operational, project or service activities within teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
