Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, mechanical and life safety systems, HVAC, plumbing, and related equipment. You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain supplies.

This role emphasizes adherence to codes and company safety directives, operating company vehicles, coaching teammates, and contributing to reliable, safe facility operations. A strong work ethic and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet design life.
• Ensure building systems operate within environmental specs per client.
• Uphold codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles and mentor teammates.
