Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs and maintain inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for proper operation.
• Oversee compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Operate company-issued vehicles in daily work responsibilities.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge across multiple job disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus to reach agreement within teams.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within the team.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
