Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate maintenance work via CMMS and DMP.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce EMCOR quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, track KPIs, and report site performance to client.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with project teams for scope of work and budgets.
