Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; professional certifications (FMP or CFM) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety policies, procedures, and maintenance specs; write routine reports.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CMMS, Smartsheet, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee work orders and emergency response, ensuring timely resolution and communication between vendors, EMCOR, and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, oversee quotes, and ensure fiscal responsibility in budgets and repair decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders and handle escalations effectively.
• Conduct portfolio asset management and site assessments; manage preventive maintenance and asset inventory.
• Organize operations and planning, maintaining clear processes for emails, approvals, and quotes.
