Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all site activities within the EMCOR scope. You will lead maintenance teams, manage CMMS workflows, and coordinate with the client to ensure safety, reliability, and cost targets are met.

You will drive root-cause analyses, develop action plans, and present performance results to internal and client stakeholders, fostering EMCOR's safety-first culture across the site.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of facilities management with team leadership.
• Solid MEP and Fire Life Safety knowledge of facility equipment.
• OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification required.
• Experience with CMMS and enterprise software.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate work via CMMS; meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Supervise teammates and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Build client relationships; participate in client meetings.
• Lead safety meetings; provide training and development.
• Manage small on-site projects and coordinate with corporate teams.
• Monitor site metrics; prepare presentations for customers.
• Oversee vendor safety and performance; conduct reviews.
